Our client, a boutique holistic financial services firm based in Oxford, is renowned for its personalised approach to financial planning. They offer a comprehensive range of services, including investment management, pension planning, protection planning, and discretionary investment management, all tailored to meet the unique needs of their clients.

They are currently seeking an experienced Technical Paraplanning Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a background as a technical paraplanner and extensive experience in compliance. If you are driven to enhance the quality of financial advice and ensure compliance standards are met, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Complex Report Writing: Undertake complex report writing that requires cash flow forecasting and in-depth technical research. Your effectiveness will be measured by the timeliness and accuracy of your report submissions.
  • Technical Support and Research: Provide technical support and research across various advice types to all Financial Planners. Your performance will be assessed based on feedback from Financial Planners and the resolution time for queries.
  • Advice Quality Assurance Checks: Conduct advice quality assurance checks to ensure suitability reports and technical research are of the highest quality, delivered efficiently and compliantly while mitigating business risks. Compliance audit results and error rates will measure your success in this area.

Qualifications:

  • Technical experience as a diploma qualified paraplanner
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in compliance within the financial wealth services industry
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
  • Experience in IntellifloSkills
