Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a renowned consultancy on the hire of an Associate Director to help support and build an exisiting patch whilst also growing a new office for the business over time. This is a permanent position with part-time and full-time options available.

In this role, you will join a team of 20 that service the South East region and will work on various projects, including major residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career within a vibrant and progressive consultancy.

About You

My client is particularly interested in candidates with a proven track record on advising on complex projects and winning new work. The ideal candidate will bring energy, ideas, and positivity. You will have developed strong relationships within their network of clients and contacts. You will be a team player, one who enjoys collaborating and takes pride in developing others. Candidates should be MRTPI qualified.
