About the Role

As a key member of the service and sales department, you will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting a portfolio of service offerings. The role involves a blend of business development, customer relationship management, and technical expertise to deliver outstanding service solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for service contracts, upgrades, and aftersales solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, converting leads into long-term clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing bespoke solutions.
  • Conduct client visits, deliver product demonstrations, and present tailored proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the HVAC, kitchen ventilation, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients and attend site visits.
