We are excited to announce the opening of a new nursery near Lenham and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified individual who is passionate about early childhood education and leadership.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of early years professionals to deliver high-quality childcare and educational activities.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices that promote positive outcomes for children.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Manage parent relationships, including communication and engagement to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Monitor and manage the nursery budget, resources, and inventory.
  • Conduct staff evaluations and support professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of a curriculum that meets the developmental needs of children.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or in a similar leadership role within early years settings.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents to enhance service delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
