Position: Experienced Building Surveyor

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Surveyor to provide professional and project services, including:

  • Planned and Reactive Maintenance
  • Defect Analysis
  • Pre-Acquisition Surveys
  • Dilapidations
  • Party Wall Matters
  • Insurance Reinstatement Cost Assessments
  • Bank Funded Construction & Development Monitoring
  • Contract Administration
  • CDM Co-ordination
  • Project Management

The ideal candidate will have:

  • MRICS Chartered status preferred, but not essential based on experience.
  • Experience managing and communicating effectively with clients.
  • Strong commercial awareness and proficiency in drafting technical documents.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
  • Excellent time management and a commitment to punctuality.
  • Experience with CAD and design work is desirable but not mandatory.
