Position: Experienced Building Surveyor
The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Surveyor to provide professional and project services, including:
- Planned and Reactive Maintenance
- Defect Analysis
- Pre-Acquisition Surveys
- Dilapidations
- Party Wall Matters
- Insurance Reinstatement Cost Assessments
- Bank Funded Construction & Development Monitoring
- Contract Administration
- CDM Co-ordination
- Project Management
The ideal candidate will have:
- MRICS Chartered status preferred, but not essential based on experience.
- Experience managing and communicating effectively with clients.
- Strong commercial awareness and proficiency in drafting technical documents.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
- Excellent time management and a commitment to punctuality.
- Experience with CAD and design work is desirable but not mandatory.
