Description
- Analyse property and construction project requirements to estimate costs.
- Prepare detailed cost budgets and cost estimates for new and existing projects.
- Collaborate with the construction team to clarify details and specifications.
- Review blueprints and product specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Track project costs to ensure they align with the initial estimation.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure best prices and quality.
- Conduct risk analysis for each project to minimise cost overruns.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest construction methods and materials in the property industry.
Profile
A successful Estimator should have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of the property industry and construction processes.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Job Offer
