Our Health and Safety consultancy is looking for her to join their team as a Graduate Fire Engineer, where you'll contribute to designing innovative fire solutions, developing strategies, and ensuring compliance across a variety of projects. With a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 and a hybrid working environment, this is your chance to make an impact while growing your skills in a supportive and collaborative setting.

What Does the Role Entail?As a Graduate Fire Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing fire safety strategies, reports, and technical notes. You'll review building designs, assess compliance with fire safety regulations, and design effective fire solutions. Working closely with clients, architects, and Statutory Authorities, you'll ensure fire safety is integral to every stage of the project. Your responsibilities will also include conducting fire engineering analyses, such as smoke and evacuation modelling, fire dynamics assessments, and structural evaluations. You'll take on a client-facing role, attending meetings, managing projects, and contributing to the creation of fire safety management plans and strategy reports.

What Skills Will You Have?To thrive in this role, you'll bring a foundation in fire engineering and a solid understanding of Building Regulations. You should be confident working with advanced computer modelling software and capable of performing calculations for smoke, temperature spread, and evacuation modelling. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential, as you'll liaise with clients, design teams, and approval bodies. A keen eye for detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset will set you apart as you navigate complex designs and compliance challenges. Due to the location of the role and the nature of the role you must hold a UK driving license and have a car.
