Job Title: Mortgage Advisor.Salary: Basic salary of Up to £40,000 DOE + Commission, OTE £100K.Location: Fully Remote Based Role.Basis: Employed-Full Time.Target: Experienced CeMAP Qualified Mortgage Advisors with at least 2 years’ experience.Rayner Personnel are the UK’S leading Financial Services Recruiters, and we are proud to work with the UK’s leading Mortgage Brokerages, Estate Agents & Financial institutions.Our Client is one of the UK's Premier Mortgage brokerages and specialise in non-prime mortgages.What's on offer:
  • Fully remote.
  • £100K+ OTE.
  • Basic salary up to £40,000+(DOE).
  • Uncapped commission.
  • Current advisers are making £4K-£9K a month in commission.
  • Pre-qualified leads that are booked straight into your diary.
  • FULL Admin Support.
  • Working Monday-Friday, No Weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recommend suitable mortgage products from across the market.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Nurture client relationships and generate repeat business.
  • Ensure FCA compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements:
  • Able to Write 15+ mortgages a month.
  • Hungry for business.
  • Hold CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of mortgage advisory experience.
  • Preferred but not mandatory- experience with specialist lending.
  • Driven & motivated by success.
  • Ambitious and self-motivate.
  • Resilient, detail oriented and determined.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
