Responsibilities:

Create high-quality, compelling bid proposals that meet client specifications and highlight the strengths and capabilities of the company

Conduct thorough research on potential clients and competitors to tailor proposals effectively and position company services competitively

Work closely with the sales, operations and finance teams to gather essential information and ensure all proposals are accurate and comprehensive

Ensure all bid submissions comply with client requirements and regulatory standards

Maintain an organised library of proposal templates, case studies and supporting documents to streamline the bid writing process

Proofread and edit proposals to ensure clarity, coherence and correctness, adhering to the highest standards of quality

Track submitted bids, monitor outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve the bidding process
Requirements:

Relevant qualifications in English, Communications, Business or a related field

Previous experience in bid writing, proposal writing or a related role, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry

Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills

Strong research and analytical abilities

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
