JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator | Full training!

LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent

SALARY: £31,000 to £36,000 + Bonus

HOURS: 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

As the Customer Service Administrator your key responsibilities would be:

  • Answering calls from customers handling a range of enquiries
  • Based on the reception desk assisting customers face to face
  • Booking appointments
  • Advising on products and customer options once trained
  • Producing quotations and a breakdown of pricing for clients
  • Keeping customers updated and informed at all times, working to SLAs
  • Producing invoices
  • Additional project work as director by the General Manager
  • Build relationships with internal and external customers

  • Strong Administrator and IT systems
  • Hard working, determination, resilience and the ability to work under pressure
  • Working as part of a close-knit team to support each other, as well as give a fantastic service to clients
