I am currently working with a leading retailer who are looking for temporary Customer Service Advisors to cover their busy period in January!
Roles and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor role –
- To answer all inbound calls, providing support on orders and delivery estimates.
- Action all requests from clients and customers.
- Liaise with third parties regarding delivery coordination.
- Resolving any customer complaints / dissatisfaction in a professional and efficient manner.
Requirements to work as a Customer Service Advisor –
- Strong customer service skills, with an excellent manner on the phone.
- Able to adapt to and learn new systems proficiently.
- Call centre experience is ESSENTIAL.
Extra information for the Customer Service Advisor role –
- Free onsite parking.
- Shift based rota – 4 weekdays and 1 day on the weekend.
- £11.55 P/H.
- Initially a 5 week contract however, potential to be extended OR become permanent.
