The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Co-Ordinator.

Manage the administration of quotations and orders through both telephone and electronic enquires

Develop your own personal relationships with internal and external customers to ensure we are the customers supplier of choice.

Work towards department targets and business objectives

Provide excellent customer service responding promptly to customer demands

Provide high level of data accuracy when responding to customer correspondence

Compliance to Safety, Health, and Environmental standards of our business.

The Requirements

Good track record in a customer service environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with an understanding for customer requirements.

Accurate data inputting and IT skills are required

Strong organizational skills along with experience of working to tight deadlines

Experience in ready-mix concrete industry would be advantageous
