We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join a main dealership and make a real impact!

What’s Offer:
- Competitive basic salary starting at £28k
- On-target earnings of £35k
- A supportive and dynamic team environment
- Overtime paid for Saturdays (on a rota)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Manage service bookings and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with technicians to guarantee efficient service delivery
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota (overtime paid for Saturday work)
