About the RoleAs a Service Coordinator, you will:
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and scheduling services.
- Coordinate and manage service schedules to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with internal teams and service providers to maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor and manage service performance, addressing issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role (preferred but not essential).
