About the Role

As a Service Coordinator, you will:

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and scheduling services.
  • Coordinate and manage service schedules to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with internal teams and service providers to maintain smooth operations.
  • Monitor and manage service performance, addressing issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
