Excellent new Home Manager opportunity for a premium residential care home in the Maidstone area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded care provider with homes located across the south of the country, as well as plans to expand over the next few years. We're seeking an experienced Home Manager for this 60-bed luxury care home that is located approx 5-10 miles from Maidstone.
Requirements
- L5 / L4 Management or equivalent qualification
- Experience of successfully managing a residential care home for older people
- Proven ability in budget preparation and control
- Excellent knowledge of CQC legislation
- Positive and engaging leadership
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the successful running of the home; providing the highest standards of care and exceeding residents expectations and needs.
- Providing staff with guidance, support, advice and training
- Manage and be accountable for the home's income and expenditure budgets
- Ensure that systems are used effectively to monitor the quality of service provision
- Motivate and manage staff team to achieve agreed targets and deadlines
Remuneration
- Salary offered at £70 - £75K DOE + bonus
