THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

They are now on the lookout for a passionate Technical Project Manager to the team. Reporting to the Head of Production, you will play a crucial role in managing the technical production delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Review of client brief and assessment of the requirements with Account Management & Creative Teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on budget and on time to the highest standards
  • Develop production budget
  • Budgeting of projects ensuring best value pricing, negotiating with suppliers and making suitable contractor selection
  • Scheduling of all trades throughout pre-production and delivery phases
  • Produce overall project time plan with Account Management & Creative Teams
  • Present budgets and project proposals in client meetings
  • Present solutions to production challenges in client meetings
  • Liaise with venues and carry out site visits as appropriate
  • Management of all technical and manufacturing trades throughout event process
  • Manage Health and Safety on all projects and produce the Event Safety Plan
  • Record and document Cost Savings and Cost Avoidance, compile feedback from suppliers for internal feedback and client debrief

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience within a technical project management or production role within the events space. You will have demonstrated experience in leading technical and operational teams and have a solid understanding of technical staging, AV, exhibition and live broadcasts!
