Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Oversee a team of junior auditors, providing guidance and feedback
- Review audit work, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a high level of service
- Support the Partners and Directors with business development initiatives
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical auditing skills and knowledge of UK regulations
- Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
