Your New RoleIn this role, you will take charge of managing statutory audits for a range of clients, ensuring high standards from planning to completion. You'll be responsible for overseeing your team, providing them with the training and guidance they need to succeed. Other key aspects of the role include:

• Leading audits from planning to final review within set deadlines and budget
• Mentoring junior staff, helping them grow in their roles while ensuring quality work
• Researching and resolving complex technical issues, providing solutions to both clients and colleagues
• Building strong client relationships and playing a key role in expanding the business
• Reporting to senior management and participating in internal improvement initiatives

What You'll Need to SucceedTo thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• ICAEW / ACCA / ICAS / Chartered Accountants Ireland / CIPFA or similar Chartered qualification
• Solid post-qualification experience in audit, with the ability to manage a client portfolio
