Your New RoleIn this role, you will take charge of managing statutory audits for a range of clients, ensuring high standards from planning to completion. You'll be responsible for overseeing your team, providing them with the training and guidance they need to succeed. Other key aspects of the role include:
- Leading audits from planning to final review within set deadlines and budget
- Mentoring junior staff, helping them grow in their roles while ensuring quality work
