TPF Recruitment, Kent’s leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is excited to be partnering with a leading Top 15 firm of chartered accountants to recruit an experienced Audit Manager into their Maidstone office.

Currently undergoing a period of growth, they are seeking a skilled auditor to step into this pivotal role, with clear opportunities for career progression as part of their succession planning.

This position is perfect for a qualified and detail-driven audit professional who thrives in a structured, high-performing environment and is ready to advance their career within a large and reputable firm. This position offers an excellent opportunity to progress to Senior Manager a Director in the future too.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead audit assignments across a diverse portfolio of corporate entities, including OMB and listed businesses.
  • Manage audits from planning through to completion, ensuring all work meets the firm’s rigorous quality standards and aligns with client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during fieldwork, offering guidance and resolving complex issues.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
  • Review statutory financial statements and conduct technical research when required.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify additional client needs and explore opportunities for advisory services.

Requirements
