Finance Manager Location: Kent (Hybrid)Goldhawk Associates are working with a growing organisation seeking a Finance Manager to drive financial strategy, commercial analysis, and business partnering within a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing key insights to maximise profitability, manage financial risk, and support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities

Business partnering with commercial teams, procurement, and senior finance to drive financial performance
Deliver budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and financial reporting for key stakeholders
Conduct margin management to enhance profitability
Present and explain financial performance at weekly meetings
Identify risks and opportunities to enable business growth and operational efficiency
Support group compliance, internal controls, and audit processes
Provide financial analysis
Ensure strong financial governance and adherence to statutory requirements

Key Skills & Experience

Qualified Accountant with strong management accounting experience
Background in financial analysis and business partnering, ideally in a commercial environment
Strong ability to influence and challenge non-finance stakeholders
Hands-on experience in process improvement and stakeholder management
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
