You'll be dealing with the oversight and governance of their largest advice firms. The bigger the business the more complexity is at play so it's a chance to learn, grow and challenge yourself. It's a great opportunity to showcase your relationship management and training skills.It's a 1st line compliance role so you'll working directly with advisers as well as directors/principals. The Business Assurance team pick up the day to day compliance work so you'll also work closely with them too, ensuring great variety to your day.You'll be home based and have plenty of interaction with your panel of firms. Your activity target will be 2-3 contacts per week but this can be made up of Teams/Zoom meetings alongside face to face ones. How you plan and structure your diary is up to you.Salary is to £55,000 but that comes with a £5,000 car allowance (£61,000). There is also a discretionary bonus based on company and personal performance. The range for this level of role is 10% - 20% but usually around 15%. That takes your total earnings to c£65,000 - £68,250.There's great benefits too:

    HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:You'll be at least level 4 qualified and will likely have worked for another national network (IFA or restricted). That said they would also consider compliance consultants at a smaller firm who have T&C experience.TCF principles and Consumer Duty will be a core focus for you so you'll have strong understanding of both areas.The role is home and field-based.
