Finance Business Partner - Full time - Fix-term contract (18 months) - Up to £55,000 per annum

DCS Technology are proud to partner with an organisation on a mission to make community living better for all. Together we are in search of a Finance Business Partner who will play a vital role in supporting and managing the financial activities of one of their largest business projects to date.
Role overview:
You will be the key individual responsible for analysing, mapping and reporting on all things finance from cost savings to project budgets. Working collaboratively with colleagues in the PMO, you will support with the preparation of project proposals and key finance models. Whilst delivering reports and tracking project performance, you will ensure that the organisational financial strategy is being implemented and adhered to.
What will you bring?
Experience required:
- Proven experience of accounting during project cycles.
- Skilled in financial analysis, reporting, and presenting findings to stakeholders of all levels.
- Experience with finance review tools and managing associated workflows.
- Working and use of finance systems (Cloud financials or similar)
- Professional qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIPFA/CIMA)
Skills, Knowledge and behavioural:
- Understanding or basic knowledge of social housing operations
- Basic knowledge of finance for housing and industry standards such as SoRP
- Technical understanding of accounting
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel to an advance level
- Motivated, ambitious, and well-organised
- An eye for detail, with great communications skills - written and verbal

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum dependant on experience

Working model: Hybrid (1-3 days in office)
