Finance Manager (Part-time, 3 Days Per Week) Location: Hybrid (Initially on-site, transitioning to fully remote)
Daily rate or Permanent Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Join a dynamic LATCo, with a £9 million turnover. We're looking for a qualified Finance Manager to provide strategic financial assurance in a high-profile role. This position is available as an initial 3 months contract with temp to permanent options after.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a Procurement Specialist and a Finance Assistant
- Navigate VAT complexities with confidence
- Apply private sector accountancy rules effectively
- Build strong relationships across the organisation
Working Arrangements
- Initially, more on-site presence required
- Transitioning to 1-2 days per week on-site, then once a month
- Fully remote setup after the initial period
What We're Looking For
- Fully qualified finance professional with the expertise to assure integrity
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Provide strategic financial insights to drive business growth and enhance financial performance.
- Leverage extensive experience in Shared Services, LATCO, or other Local Authority environments to optimise financial processes.
