We are looking for a hands-on and strategic Finance Manager to provide comprehensive and effective financial management services and sound financial advice to our senior management team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the daily operations of the finance department.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee cash flow and statutory compliance.
  • Handle year-end preparation and manage payroll processes.
  • Liaise with the senior management team and board.
  • Manage a team of two finance professionals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience.
  • Experience within the charitable sector is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Skilled in producing financial reports and working with senior management and board members.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable with a positive attitude and team management experience.
  • Strong IT and Excel skills.
