- Lead and manage the preparation of annual statutory accounts and regulatory filings for all group entities.
- Consolidate group trading accounts monthly.
- Coordinate the audit process and act as the main point of contact for auditors.
- Handle technical accounting for acquisitions and disposals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts.
- Assist in cash flow management and optimising working capital efficiency.
- Responsible for the accurate calculation and submission of MGD, PAYE, and VAT.
- Manage financial systems, controls, and process improvements.
- Contribute to project work including working capital management, acquisitions, disposals, and debt restructuring.
- Supervise and develop a small finance team.
