Finance Manager Day-to-day of the role:- Oversee financial operations within the construction company, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage cash flow and financial planning to ensure the financial health of the company.
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Develop and maintain systems and policies for effective financial management.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, specifically within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
