What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Acting as the key liaison between finance and systems teams during the rollout of a new billing system
  2. Documenting and embedding compliant processes across the billing and credit control functions
  3. Delivering user training and supporting staff throughout the transition and beyond
  4. Overseeing accurate data migration and assisting with parallel run activities
  5. Supporting the cash allocation and credit control team during the second phase of rollout
  6. Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and confidently
  7. Contributing to wider system and process improvement initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in finance system implementations
  • A strong understanding of AP, AR, and general ledger processes
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling large data sets
  • Comfortable engaging with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Able to train others and communicate system changes clearly
  • Experience working in a complex or multi-entity environment is desirable
