- Lead on a major billing system transformation project
- Become the go-to expert and champion for systems change
- Hybrid working (2 days in office)
- Broad exposure across finance, operations, and tech
- Acting as the key liaison between finance and systems teams during the rollout of a new billing system
- Documenting and embedding compliant processes across the billing and credit control functions
- Delivering user training and supporting staff throughout the transition and beyond
- Overseeing accurate data migration and assisting with parallel run activities
- Supporting the cash allocation and credit control team during the second phase of rollout
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and confidently
- Contributing to wider system and process improvement initiatives as needed
- Proven experience in finance system implementations
- A strong understanding of AP, AR, and general ledger processes
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling large data sets
- Comfortable engaging with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Able to train others and communicate system changes clearly
- Experience working in a complex or multi-entity environment is desirable
- Salary between £50,000 and £60,000, depending on experience
- 12-month fixed-term contract (with potential to extend)
- Hybrid working model – typically 2 days per week onsite
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
