1st Line IT Support - ServiceNow experience

Our client is looking for Service Desk Analyst with strong (and recent) experience of ServiceNow. The role is initially a 3 month contract with a view to extend long term thereafter. This role will be based 3 days on site so ideally you will be commutable from Maidstone. The role will be supporting several hundred users so a previous background working in large corporate style environment would be a distinct advantage.

You will be responsible for providing first line technical assistance and support to end-users and assisting with troubleshooting software and hardware issues. The role requires someone who is immediately available or at short notice due to the urgency of the role.

Key skills/experience

  • ServiceNow experience – Essential
  • Previous experience in a similar 1st Line / Service Desk / IT Helpdesk Support capacity
  • Strong & in-depth technical knowledge covering Microsoft technologies
  • Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely technical support to end-users
  • Excellent problem-solving & troubleshooting skills with excellent internal Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Any experience of the following would be highly desirable: Intune, MDM or BOYD.
