Our client is looking for an Administrator who is seeking a new challenge and has the ability to work within a demanding environment. The ideal candidate for this role will have either construction or engineering industry experience within a similar role and excellent communication skills!

Duties for this Administrator role include:
- Prepare orders for customers.
- Manage the sales invoicing process ensuring timeframes are adhered too.
- Handle customer correspondence via email and telephone.
- Ensure customer information is accurately inputted onto the system.
- Assist with end of year stock takes and ensure inventory records are maintained.
- Any other ad hoc administrative duties when required, including but not limited to filing, document preparation and data entry.
To be considered for this role, you must have/be:
- Previous administrator experience within the construction or engineering industry.
- Computer literacy with strong knowledge in all MS packages.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Able to remain calm in fast paced and high-pressure environments.
- Organised and methodical.
