We are seeking experienced conveyancing fee earners.

Working as part of a busy team, you will need to be experienced enough to be able to handle 6 or 7 exchanges / completions per week. Candidates interested in this role will need to have worked in volume conveyancing previously.

Duties of the role include:-

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Delivering outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear and proactive communication.
  • Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering development within the team.
  • Actively contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firm's reputation and client base.
  • Providing support to colleagues as required, particularly during absences.
  • Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Continuing professional development, staying up to date with legal and market trends.

Candidates will ideally possess a Law Degree, LPC, or an equivalent technical qualification (CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer), although applications from experienced conveyancers without formal qualifications are also welcomed.
