Due to expansion, our longstanding client in Kent (accessible from London) are seeking to recruit a qualified Residential Conveyancer. You can be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive.This is an office-based role although after probation, they will consider a day from home a week for if work permits. Experience to include:
- Managing a high volume caseload of both freehold and leasehold matters
- Sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Experience in new build transactions and shared ownership schemes is desirable
- Experience of using a case management system along with the Land Registry portal
Candidate Specification -
- Minimum of 3 years solid fee-earning experience
- Be a good team player
- Have good communication skills
- Have the ability to work calm under pressure
