Job Title: Document Controller - Temporary Contract (12 months)
£14.00 - £15.00 phr - Full Time - Office Based

Join our client's team based near Hoo, Medway for a 12-month temporary contract, where you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient document control processes.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and control all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards
- Organise and maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely document submission and approval
- Perform quality checks on documents for errors, consistency, and formatting
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams to retrieve and archive documents as required
- Provide administrative support to the project team as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
- Good understanding of document control processes and procedures
