Join our team as an Adult Acute Dietitian and make a real difference in the lives of patients requiring nutritional support in acute settings. Your core responsibilities include:
• Conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments for adult patients.• Developing and implementing individualised dietary plans.• Providing expert guidance on nutritional management in acute care.• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.• Keeping detailed and accurate records for compliance and continuity of care.• Staying up to date with the latest advancements in dietetics and clinical nutrition.
Requirements & Qualifications:• Current and valid HCPC registration.• Experience in adult acute care.• Clinical NHS experience at Band 6 level.• Gastro and surgical experience would be ideal but is not required.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:• Schedule: Full-time preferred• Contract Duration: 2-3 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
