I am working with a thriving and expanding Digital Agency who are looking for an experienced and strategic Paid Media Director to lead our paid media team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including search, social, display etc and be incredibly strategically focussed. As the Paid Media Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies that align with the clients' business objectives.

A bit about the role:

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Mentor a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Analysing campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and reports on campaign performance and strategy.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

What we need from you:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using paid media platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to talk to clients and management of them with ease
