Required Skills:
- NMC or HCPC registered clinician with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in acute, primary care, or community settings
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multi-professional team
- Pathways experience or current updates are ideal, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
