CRG are looking for a Telesales Executive / Business Development Manager to join a company that specialise in providing high-end and luxury hosptiality events for corporate and individual use, covering a variety of sport, music and event experiences across prestigious sports sports stadiums and concert venues across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively increase engagement with former accounts and leads.
- convert these into profitable sales for the business.
- The company has an innovative and highly sought after product with several USPs.
- You'll resource up their sales function to support the growing demand for the product.
- Make excess of 100 calls a day, with a minimum talk time of 90 minutes.
- Focus Green Room pitches to attract former clients back into the business.
- Maintain impeccable data integrity.
Required Skills:
- Experience in sales desirable.
- comfortable and skilled at building rapport and closing business over the telephone.
- strong verbal and written communications
- Computer literate (familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM desirable, able to use MS Office Suite Products.
- Good team player.
- Motivated by success.
- Keen interest in Sport is advantageous.
- Tenacious and hard working (successful candidates will spend an average of 2 hours on the telephone during a working day.)
- Outgoing and personable.
Experience with the following Titles is desirable: Account Manager, Sales Executive, B2B Sales Executive, Account Management, Business Development Manager, Account Executive and Sales Coordinator.
