Hours - 8:00am -17:00pm Mon- Fri
24,000+ available overtime
Our Client in Maidstone is looking for a workshop operative to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading of material either into a store or across the site
- Control goods inwards and outwards
- Ensuring the goods are received in adequate condition and in accordance with delivery notes
- Heavy manual handling
- Package materials and products by specified standards
- Perform routine facility inspections
- Comply with the company's policies and procedures
- Ensure all scheduled deliveries are completed on time
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Ability to work as part of the team as well as individually
- Ability to complete tasks under minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
