Job Scope:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Coordinator to join a well-established provider of high-quality domiciliary care services. The Senior Care Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care while upholding the organisationā€™s commitment to client dignity and a carer-centric approach. As the Senior Care Coordinator, you will oversee the adherence to operational policies and ensure all care provided aligns with the organisationā€™s quality standards.

You will lead and support care staff through training, supervision, and performance management, while organising regular team meetings to foster collaboration. Additionaly as a Senior Care Coordinator you will be responsible for implementing business continuity plans, managing facilities, and attending management meetings to align the branch with organisational goals.

Do you have?

  • NVQ Level 3 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care and demonstrate a commitment to pursuing a Level 5 qualification.
  • Experience in writing care plans, managing rotas, and familiarity with CQC inspection and domiciliary care management.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Full driving license
