Senior Care Coordinator

Job Scope:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Coordinator to join a well-established provider of high-quality domiciliary care services. The Senior Care Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care while upholding the organisation’s commitment to client dignity and a carer-centric approach. As the Senior Care Coordinator, you will oversee the adherence to operational policies and ensure all care provided aligns with the organisation’s quality standards.

You will lead and support care staff through training, supervision, and performance management, while organising regular team meetings to foster collaboration. Additionaly as a Senior Care Coordinator you will be responsible for implementing business continuity plans, managing facilities, and attending management meetings to align the branch with organisational goals.

Do you have?

• NVQ Level 3 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care and demonstrate a commitment to pursuing a Level 5 qualification.
• Experience in writing care plans, managing rotas, and familiarity with CQC inspection and domiciliary care management.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Full driving license
