Vacancy: BRANCH MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Maidstone, ME14
Salary: OTE £70k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Our client, a highly successful, busy independent Estate Agency is looking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager to join their professional team based at their offices in Maidstone, Kent.
The perfect candidate will have an excellent track record in the property industry, be a superb lister and business builder and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients. You will be proactive, articulate and well-presented and well-spoken and capable of dealing with properties across a broad price spectrum.
You should also have some previous experience at a managerial level and understand about managing and motivating your team. Having said that, the company may consider an aspiring Assistant Manager who has the right attitude and experience and feels ready to step up to a new challenge!
The Company: Our client is an Independent Estate Agency, with an excellent reputation who specialise in residential property sales and lettings.
Skills required for thisBranch Manager role will include:
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager
- Listing and instruction winning experience
- Knowledge of social media sites
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Focused to lead and motivate a team
- Able to win new business
- Full UK driving license required
- Local knowledge of the Maidstone area is preferred
