The key responsibilities:
- Providing guidance and advice on HR policies and procedures
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies
- Managing and supporting employee relations
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection process
- Conducting performance management and employee evaluations
- Delivering HR-related training programs
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards
- Previous HR Officer / Advisor experience is essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in HR management systems and databases
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
- Previous FMCG experience is desirable
Job Offer
