What You Will Be Doing:

  • Providing IT Support: Be the first point of contact for user enquiries via helpdesk systems, phone, or email, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
  • Remote Assistance: Deliver effective support to users remotely, collaborating with a knowledgeable team to resolve technical issues.
  • Ticket Management: Accurately log and track issues to resolution, maintaining clear and concise documentation.
  • Equipment Administration: Manage hardware deployments and ensure all assets are properly documented.
  • Active Directory Tasks: Perform essential AD functions, such as password resets and account creation.
  • Adaptability: Take on additional responsibilities as needed, responding to the dynamic requirements of a busy service environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless, high-quality service experience.
  • Exposure to Technologies: Engage with Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365 to enhance overall service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous support experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach, with keen attention to detail.
  • Competency in supporting Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 is advantageous.
  • Experience with helpdesk systems/ ticketing software is beneficial.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and develop within a fast-paced MSP setting.
