- Maintaining various customer technical libraries
- Organising trials and samples, being as involved as needed
- Providing weekly KPI reports for meetings, providing technical managers visibility on internal and customer KPI reporting
- Spearheading technical continual improvements as outlined within the trackers, delivering process and system improvements while creating SOPs
- Communicating with technical and commercial teams, delivering customer facing and supplier facing analysis of relevant information and plan of how to manage compliance going forwards
- Supporting the delivery of customer service with clean communication both internally and with the customer regarding complaint reporting, year-on-year comparisons, depot inspections and benchmarking
- Providing crop reports across the categories
- Supporting technical managers with quality culture, training and reporting, as well as category transformations by administering review, coordinating samples, packaging and meetings
- Maintaining benchmarking formats for compiled samples
- Supporting the packaging team
- Supporting policy change and new standards, deploying these across the supply base and packing sites
- Previous experience handling auditing - GMP, and have an understanding or experience in customer audit requirements
- Be HACCP Level 2 and TACCP trained
- Have knowledge of BRCGS
- Good ERP systems exposure, specifically Prophet would be desirable
- Experience in ripening across multiple categories
- Exposure to a factory environment, ideally within food produce
- Knowledge of labelling requirements
