Responsibilities:

Daily Management of the technical & quality team
Manage technical and quality requirements standards and performance for our service provision customers.
Maintain site compliance to BRC
Maintain Quality Management system
Customer Complaints
Technical Administration – Reviewal of specifications, Liaising with customers & suppliers and non – conformance reports.
Regular liaising with customers & suppliers
Support the customers and Ethical and sustainability.
Support the technical and product managers manage procedures, processes, and legality.
