The Role

I am currently seeking for a Stock Planner to join a dynamic and fast paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing stock availability, ensuring supply chain operations run smoothly, and working closely with suppliers, packhouses, and trading teams. Your expertise in forecasting, tracking, and problem-solving will directly contribute to their ability to deliver fresh, high quality citrus products to the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage planning documents, including procurement plans and rolling stock reports.
  • Track sales and monitor incoming product ETAs to ensure efficient stock flow.
  • Proactively identifying availability in stock to reduce stock risks.
  • Manage stock rejection and shortage.

  • Confirm weekly orders with buyers and suppliers, ensuring accuracy of date codes.
  • Maintain and update essential stock control documents and schedules.
  • Provide trading managers with end-of-week stock balance reports.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you need to be highly organised and meticulous with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong Excel skills are essential, as you will be working with large datasets to track stock and analyse trends. You must be comfortable working under pressure, making quick yet well-informed decisions to ensure the smooth running of supply operations.

This role requires someone who takes ownership of their work, spots potential issues before they arise, and proactively finds solutions. Strong communication skills are also key, as you will be liaising with suppliers, packhouses, and internal teams to ensure alignment. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to remain composed in a fast-moving environment will thrive in this role.

Why Join?

  • Work within an innovative and high-energy environment.
  • Be part of a dedicated team in the fresh produce sector.
  • Gain valuable experience in supply chain and stock planning.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a thriving business with strong supplier relationships
