Our client is a leading, full-service firm with offices in Kent and London. They're L500 ranked for Employment in South-East, offering high-quality work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Opportunity
Due to growth, the firm is looking to welcome an experienced Employment Solicitor in the 4+ PQE range as either a Senior Associate or salaried Partner.
The role entails a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law work, including advising both claimants and respondents on:
- Redundancy
- Settlement Agreements
- Contractual Agreements
- TUPE
- Discrimination & Harassment
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the head of department as well as take on a leadership role with junior team members.
Requirements
- 4+ years' PQE gained from a reputable firm
- Experience handling both respondent and claimant cases
- Contentious and non-continuous law expertise
- This role requires office presence in the Kent office at least once per week, remaining office days can be spent in Kent or London
