The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice while supporting clients through often stressful and emotional situations. Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice in family law, including divorce, child arrangements, and financial settlements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Draft applications, agreements, and court orders with a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers and financial advisors.
- Manage case files and meet deadlines to ensure smooth progression.
Requirements
- Qualified Lawyer with a practising certificate in family law.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in simple terms.
- Strong IT skills for managing case files and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple cases efficiently.
- Empathy and professionalism when working with clients during emotional and stressful times.
