Residential/Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor - Maidstone or Tonbridge

Are you a skilled and proactive Conveyancing Solicitor looking to take your career to the next level? Join a well-established, dynamic legal practice in Maidstone, where you'll play a key role in their busy residential and commercial conveyancing team.

The Opportunity:This role offers the chance to handle a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property matters from start to finish, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales/purchases
  • Transfers of equity and remortgages
  • Stamp duty procedures and title checking
  • Search reports and enquiries
  • Leasehold transactions, including the grant of leases
  • Landlord and tenant relationships, lease renewals, and deeds of surrender
  • Refinancing and business acquisitions/sales
  • Utilities agreements and active business development

You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with secretarial support provided to allow you to focus on your expertise.

The Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of PQE in residential and commercial conveyancing.
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent client care and communication abilities.
  • A professional demeanor, technical competence, and a proactive approach.
