The company:
An award winning nationalresidential developer who operate across Kent.
The project:
A traditional build development of 200x new homes. Consisting of houses (semi detached, detached and townhouses) and apartments.
The role:
Reporting into a Site Manager you will play a key role in the delivery of this scheme. Your role will involve but not be limited to:
- Management of the master build programme
- Weekly progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors
- Progress reporting to the Site Manager on a weekly basis
- Ensure key milestones are achieved in line with the build programme
- Management and coordination of subcontractors (internal and external)
- Health & Safety including site inductions, subcontractor RAMS and site inspections
- Responsible for quality control, ensuring all units are completed to the required standard prior to NHBC inspection
About you:
- You will have gained circa 2+ years experience, ideally working for a Residential Developer
- Have the correct CITB qualifications for the position (CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work)
- Excellent eye for detail with a focus on quality
- Experience of controlling multiple subcontractor packages and direct labour
- Strong organisational and time management skills
