What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the site’s quality agenda, ensuring compliance with all food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Manage the QMS and drive continuous improvement across all areas of quality and compliance
- Own the audit process, internal, external, customer, and third-party, with confidence and precision
- Lead, coach and develop the QA team, building a strong culture of accountability and high standards
- Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure best-in-class food safety and hygiene practices
- Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, carrying out root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Champion a right-first-time culture across site, embedding quality into daily operations
- Maintain BRC and HACCP standards, ensuring the business remains audit-ready at all times
- Bring energy, ideas, and a continuous improvement mindset to the table, every single day
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Quality Manager, Quality Supervisor or senior QA role within a food manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of HACCP, BRCGS, food safety, and UK/EU food legislation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Detail-focused, highly organised, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment
- Experienced in leading audits and dealing with customers and retailers
- A real passion for food quality, safety, and doing things the right way
